Associate Lawyer (Real Estate & Construction Practice)

We are currently representing our client, Noewe Legal, in the search for a Associate Lawyer to join their Real Estate and Construction Transactions Group.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the structuring and execution of real estate transactions, including acquisitions disposals, leasing arrangements, construction contracts and property management agreements.
• Assisting in large-scale real estate development and construction projects, providing legal support throughout various project phases (from structuring and due diligence to implementation).
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and real estate-related agreements, ensuring legal accuracy, risk mitigation and alignment with clients’ business objectives.

Requirements:

• A university degree in law.
• 1-5 years of professional legal experience, with at least 1 year in real estate transactions.
• Fluency Lithuanian & English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing tasks and communication with clients.
• Strong drafting skills and commercial awareness.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, and a strong sense of accountability.
• Motivation to contribute to the development of the real estate practice and business growth.
• Certified legal assistant status and previous experience in top-tier law firms or Big Four professional services firms would be considered as an advantage.

Compensation:
2400 – 3800 EUR gross per month. Final compensation depends on experience and seniority level. This role is offered on the basis of an individual activity (self-employment) contract.
