Background
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Manager to accelerate our growth by expanding our client base in Latvia, Estonia and Sweden. You’ll play a key role in increasing sales, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our platform as the go-to solution for employee and organizational assessment. If you thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and want to make a meaningful impact in the HR tech space, this role is for you.
What We Are Looking For
- You are a “shark” when it comes to sales, with at least five years experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- You are a natural communicator, with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- You have a professional approach to networking, especially on LinkedIn, and can engage effectively with diverse markets.
- You thrive both working independently and collaborating with a supportive, dynamic team.
- You are comfortable using Apollo and CRM tools to manage pipelines and track performance.
- You have knowledge of HR practices and assessment tools (a strong advantage).
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You are fluent in Latvian and English in order to communicate with the potential clients in Latvia, Estonia and Sweden; As entire team is based in Lithuania, Lithuanian language would be considered as a plus as it would help to communicate easier.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor in HR and assessment solutions.
- Actively use LinkedIn and other professional platforms to generate leads and establish a strong market presence.
- Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations of the INLOCUS platform to prospective clients.
- Identify, approach, and proactively make numerous sales calls to potential clients in Latvian as a primary market as well as Estonian and Swedish markets, demonstrating confidence and a bold, social approach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and an outstanding customer experience.
- Track performance, monitor market trends, and adjust strategies using Pipedrive and other sales analytics.
