IT Systems & Business Analyst

Our client, Creditinfo Lietuva, the leading credit bureau in Lithuania, established in 2000, is part of the international Creditinfo Group, which operates in over 25 countries across four continents, enabling clients to access Creditinfo services not only in Lithuania but also in other Baltic states and globally.

The company specializes in collecting and analyzing credit information of Lithuanian businesses and individuals. Its services are utilized by commercial banks, credit unions, leasing companies, consumer credit providers, telecommunications firms, and various other businesses and registries. By providing accurate and comprehensive financial data, Creditinfo Lietuva aids clients in making informed decisions, assessing creditworthiness, and managing credit risks.

What You’ll Do

As a IT Systems & Business Analyst you will be at the heart of how we understand business customer needs, interpret product usage, gather data driven insights from data. Your work will shape product decisions across our core services.

• Analyze business requirements, customer data, registries and open-source data to identify insights, shape technical solutions
• Define technical requirements, systems specifications and integration needs
• Verify that technical requirements are implemented correctly and meet business needs
• Perform impact and root-cause analysis for feature launches or customer-reported issues
• Work with stakeholders to define KPIs, track performance, and develop reporting dashboards
• Work with decision modeling system and develop strategies for data gathering, processing and output
• Write clear, technically precise internal and external documentation (specs, workflows, system diagrams, data definitions)
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers, support them in customer calls
• Extract data from various internal and external sources and transform to structured response
• Support implementation of machine learning with clean, structured data
• Contribute to a data-first culture by evangelizing measurable outcomes and insight-driven planning

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience as a system/IT/business analyst
• Solid SQL skills and experience querying relational databases
• Experienced working with APIs (Postman, SoapUI), structured data formats (e.g. JSON, XML), and versioned datasets
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar
• Understanding of ETL processes and data pipeline basics (e.g. Airflow, dbt, or similar is a plus)
• Ability to translate technical analysis into simple, actionable business recommendations
• Data modeling, statistical analysis, and Excel skills
• Experience working on data-centric B2B or fintech platforms is an advantage
• Familiarity with agile product development and cross-functional collaboration
• Proactive, curious mindset with excellent communication skills in English
