Its services are utilized by commercial banks, credit unions, leasing companies, consumer credit providers, telecommunications firms, and various other businesses and registries. By providing accurate and comprehensive financial data, Creditinfo Lietuva aids clients in making informed decisions, assessing creditworthiness, and managing credit risks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><br \/>\nAs an IT Business Analyst, you will help us understand customer needs, clarify business requirements, and support the development of better credit bureau products and services.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze business requirements, customer data, registries and open-source data to identify insights and improvement opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Support product decisions with data analysis, clear summaries, and practical recommendations<\/li>\n<li>Translate business needs into clear requirements, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria<\/li>\n<li>Help investigate customer-reported issues and understand root causes<\/li>\n<li>Help define KPIs, track product performance, and prepare reports for internal teams<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Product Manager and developer during product development and implementation<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to AI and automation initiatives by identifying use cases, testing tools, and transforming ideas into practical solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 years of experience as a data\/system\/IT\/business analyst<\/li>\n<li>Good SQL skills and experience querying relational databases<\/li>\n<li>Good analytical thinking and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Proactive mindset with excellent communication skills in English<\/li>\n<li>Motivation to learn, grow, and work with complex B2B products<\/li>\n<li>Strong interest in AI and willingness to experiment with new tools<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Big plus<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working with APIs or structured data formats such as JSON or XML<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation, or personal AI projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What Our Client Offers<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Benefits Package including private health insurance, parking at the office premises, hybrid work setup and other perks to support your well-being.<\/li>\n<li>A gross monthly salary of \u20ac3200 &#8211;
