The firm is consistently ranked among the leading law firms in Lithuania by international legal directories such as IFLR1000, The\u00a0Legal\u00a0500, and Chambers\u00a0and\u00a0Partners.<\/p>\n<p>Noewe Legal brings together a team of professionals passionate about their work, continuously growing through new challenges and focused on delivering high-value, business-oriented solutions.<\/p>\n<p>Learn more: www.linkedin.com\/company\/noewegroup<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting the structuring and execution of real estate transactions, including acquisitions disposals, leasing arrangements, construction contracts and property management agreements.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting in large-scale real estate development and construction projects, providing legal support throughout various project phases (from structuring and due diligence to implementation).<\/li>\n<li>Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial and real estate-related agreements, ensuring legal accuracy, risk mitigation and alignment with clients\u2019 business objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A university degree in law.<\/li>\n<li>1-5 years of professional legal experience, with at least 1 year in real estate transactions.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency Lithuanian &amp; English (written and spoken).<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing tasks and communication with clients.<\/li>\n<li>Strong drafting skills and commercial awareness.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, and a strong sense of accountability.<\/li>\n<li>Motivation to contribute to the development of the real estate practice and business growth.<\/li>\n<li>Certified legal assistant status and previous experience in top-tier law firms or Big Four professional services firms would be considered as an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation:<\/strong><br \/>\n2400 \u2013 3800 EUR gross per month. Final compensation depends on experience and seniority level.
